Theatre Rental
The Historic Dixon Theatre is Alive and Well!
The seating capacity of the theatre is 1000, with approximately 600 seats on the main floor and 400 seats on the balcony level including the box seats. Some seats have been removed for various reasons leaving the total capacity at 955 seats.
Prices for Theatre Rental are listed below. The Rental Agreement must be filled out and returned to us. A Rental Expense Worksheet is also available to determine rental fees etc.
Rental prices for the Theatre have increased to $450 for Not-For-Profit and to $550 for Profit organizations as of January 1, 2009.
